1. Proper Noun (ಅಂಕಿತ ನಾಮಪದ)

A Proper Noun is the specific name of a person, place, or thing. It always starts with a capital letter.

Examples: Ramesh, India, Bengaluru

ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಸ್ಥಳ ಅಥವಾ ವಸ್ತುವಿನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಪದ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆ: ರಮೇಶ್, ಭಾರತ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು

2. Common Noun (ರೂಡ ನಾಮಪದ)

A Common Noun is a general name of a person, place, or thing.

Examples: boy, city, book

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಸ್ಥಳ ಅಥವಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಪದ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆ: ಹುಡುಗ, ನಗರ, ಪುಸ್ತಕ

3. Collective Noun (ಸಮೂಹ ವಾಚಕ ನಾಮಪದ)

A Collective Noun refers to a group of people, animals, or things.

Examples: team, class, herd

ಒಂದು ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಪದ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆ: ತಂಡ, ತರಗತಿ, ಹಿಂಡು

4. Abstract Noun (ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ನಾಮಪದ)

An Abstract Noun refers to ideas, qualities, or feelings that we cannot see or touch.

Examples: honesty, love, bravery

ನಾವು ನೋಡಲೂ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಲೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಭಾವನೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಪದ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆ: ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ, ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಧೈರ್ಯ

5. Material Noun (ವಸ್ತು ವಾಚಕ ನಾಮಪದ)

A Material Noun refers to substances or materials from which things are made.

 Examples: gold, water, iron

ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ಬಳಸುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಪದ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆ: ಚಿನ್ನ, ನೀರು, ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ.
