Future Tense (ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್ ಕಾಲ)

Definition: Action that will happen in future.

ಮುಂದೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ.

Types:

1. Simple Future (ಸರಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್)

I will play cricket.

ನಾನು ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

2. Future Continuous (ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್)

I will be playing cricket.

ನಾನು ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

3. Future Perfect (ಪೂರ್ಣ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್)

I will have played cricket.

ನಾನು ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಡಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

4. Future Perfect Continuous (ಪೂರ್ಣ ನಡೆದು ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್)

I will have been playing cricket for 2 hours.

ನಾನು 2 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Tense Type Structure with Example

• Simple Future = S + will + V1

I will play

ನಾನು ಆಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

• Future Continuous = S + will be + V+ing

I will be playing

ನಾನು ಆಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

• Future Perfect = S + will have + V3

I will have played

ನಾನು ಆಡಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ

• Future Perfect Continuous = S + will have been + V+ing

I will have been playing

ನಾನು ಆಡುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ (ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಯದಿಂದ)

V1 / am-is-are / has-have

👉 Past (ಭೂತ)

V2 / was-were / had

👉 Future (ಭವಿಷ್ಯತ್)

will + V1
